The video opens with a warning message that reads "WARNING: If you are photosensitive, you should really skip this one." The message stays on the screen for about ten seconds and then the rip fades in from black and begins to play the rendition of the song "Megalovania" used in Homestuck.
At 0:28, the melody of the track is replaced with the first few notes of the song "Puzzle Room" from Kirby Planet Robobot, as a reference to the Puzzle Room meme on the SiIvaGunner channel, and then quickly cuts to a Green de la Bean segment that is dangerously loud in volume and contains flashing images of the Bean that could potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. The images used are flashing images of Green de la Bean and the watermark for Unregistered Hypercam 2. Some have argued that Joel's reaction to 7 GRAND DAD can be heard in this part of the rip. This segment continues until the 1:06 mark and the video goes completely silent and cuts to black. At the very end of the rip, the Bean segment begins for a quick moment until the video ends.

- According to old messages on the official SiIvaGunner Discord server that link to an upload of this rip before it was reuploaded to Flustered Fernando, the rip was intended to go up on SiIvaGunner before the Green de la Bean rips were removed. It is also likely that the warning added at the start wasn't included in the original upload, as the length without the warning matches the length of the original "MeGaLoVania". The original reupload is no longer available; it was uploaded to Twonko's channel, which was terminated in June 2018 due to violations of YouTube's Community Guidelines.
