It's gameplay footage of Jeff getting into a sky runner which look like the space cars from The Jetsons. Then at 0:26, they start playing The Jetson Theme in the Earthbound soundfont because that's a thing, and then he starts flying around and then he crashes and it explodes. Then you can hear sirens and stuff, because of 9/11.
